Walsh’s Bakery Clifden Ltd is looking for a Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to grow their bookkeeping skills, and would love to be part of a long-established local business.

About the Role:

  • Hours: 12–15 hours per week.
  • Location: Mostly on-site in Clifden, with some remote flexibility once training is complete.
  • Training: Full support and training provided — no previous QuickBooks experience needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with bookkeeping and payroll tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Help keep our accounts and records organised.
  • Support day-to-day admin in a busy, friendly bakery environment.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
  • Is keen to learn and grow into the role.
  • Enjoys being part of a team and helping things run smoothly.
