The Tax Residency rules for Irish Seafarers are very different to the UK, however many offshore workers do not realise this. In this 10 minute webinar, I run through the key items to be wary of if you are an offshore worker:

Two Types

There are two types of Seafarers, Resident and Non Resident. The tax bill difference between the two of them is huge. Also with flight crew there are similar but markedly different practices also.
